Alienware X51 R2 Power Supply Failure

My name is tom and i am working on an alienware x51 r2 for a friend.

Alienware x51 r2 power supply failure.

I currently run an upgraded alienware x51 r2 64 bit. Alienware x51 r2 power problems i purchased an alienware x51 about half a year ago i don t use it that often but i do leave the computer idle from time to time. As of late the fans are starting to go a bit crazy and i ve had my computer crash quite a few times as well as the wireless adapter shutting itself off. The problem is that it will not power on.

I have unplugged in turn the optical drive video card and riser and finally the hard drive. When the power button is depressed it powers on momentarily spinning the cpu and power board fans but then immediately shuts off.

Alienware x51 r1 big question on power supply failure please help thanks guys for support but i made some checks accurate. This computer showed sig. But the power supply must be able to handle these demands if not it will put a strain on the components which can result in spontaneous failure. I have the following pc. I would like to upgrade my video card and my power supply if need be.
